This song is very vulnerable and real about the fact that I have good days and I have bad days but the message in those moments to myself and to whoever feels the same is to remember that it’s all temporary, even our existence here...so to breathe it out and give yourself the grace of being present.  

I feel like we don’t really as a society talk about how we really feel. 

All the stuff you think you’re not dealing with is getting stored in the physical form so I feel like embracing those feelings and the fact that everything is temporary is one of the remedies to the deep lows that can come when you run away from your honest feelings about things. 

Music and writing in general has always been my personal way of telling myself my honest feelings, even when I’m not ready to confront them outside of my creative space.
